Physical Therapy Careers in Phoenix
We are hiring one full-time licensed physical therapist for the Phoenix clinic. Read the rest of this page before you send anything, because most of it is about how the week is built rather than what the job is called.
The opening.
One role, full time, licensed physical therapist, at the Phoenix clinic. You would be joining a treating staff where every clinician holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and where a visit is 60 minutes, one-on-one, start to finish. The same clinician holds the plan from the evaluation to the day the patient is graduated off it.
The clinicians who write to us are usually not looking for a raise. They are looking for the version of this job they thought they were signing up for in school: one patient at a time, enough of the hour left to actually treat, and notes finished before they get in the car.
We are a cash-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. That belongs on a careers page, not just a patient one, because it is the reason the schedule looks the way it does. It is what allows a full 60-minute one-on-one visit with a Doctor of Physical Therapy instead of a slot sized by somebody who has never met the patient.
What the week is actually built like.
The parts that decide whether a job is survivable are rarely in the job title.
- One patient at a time. Visits run 60 minutes, one-on-one, with no handoff to an aide partway through.
- Documentation time inside the 40 hours. Time to write your notes is built into the working week rather than added to the end of it.
- Flexible scheduling. The schedule is built with you. Say what your week has to accommodate and it gets accommodated.
- A plan with an endpoint. Every plan moves through the same four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent, and patients are graduated on criteria rather than on a calendar.
What comes with the role.
- Medical, dental and vision
- 401k
- CEU reimbursement
- Holiday pay
- Maternity and paternity leave
- Documentation time built into the 40-hour week
- Flexible scheduling
The four things this clinic says it stands on.
They are the same four we would list in an interview, so they may as well be here.
- Staff training. New clinicians are trained into how this place runs rather than left to reverse engineer it from the schedule.
- Clinical development. All clinicians meet monthly for education, and the syllabus is what you would use on an ordinary Tuesday: joint mobilization, neurodynamics, and blood flow restriction.
- Positive culture. The staff here talk to each other about cases. A patient seeing a coach and a clinician gets one plan, not two competing ones.
- Career advancement. There is a stated path forward that ends somewhere real: running your own clinic, or earning profit shares.
How to apply.
Apply with the form below: your name, phone, email and resume. Or send a CV and a short note to info@ptstreamline.com. Tell us what you want to be good at in three years, and what your current week gets in the way of. That is worth more to us than a cover letter that could have been written for anybody.
There is no deadline on this and no pressure from us. But another year in a schedule built around volume does compound. It is the year the caseload stops teaching you anything, and a skill that goes unused quietly stops being a skill.
If you are not looking to move but you want to know what a monthly education block actually covers here, write anyway. We will tell you, and we will not put you on a list afterwards.

The people you would be working beside, and what each of them is good at.
02About the clinic
Why the practice is built this way, and what it is deliberately not.
03What we do
Eighteen treatment services, which is a fair sketch of the caseload.
04Contact and directions
Where the clinic is, and how to reach a person during clinic hours.
One role, one clinic, one conversation.
Put it in writing.
Five short questions. A real person calls you back, usually within two business hours, with times that fit your week.
The people who end up filling this out are rarely in the worst pain of their life. They’re just done working around it, done picking the errand that doesn’t require the stairs. If that’s the stage you’re at, this is the part where you stop researching and start.
Consider it filed.
A real person will call you back, usually within two business hours, with appointment times that fit your week. Keep your phone nearby.
