Our 1-on-1 treatment model means no techs, no aides and no wasted time in therapy. Each session is spent entirely with your Doctor of Physical Therapy who will create a personalized plan of care for you; no cookie cutter approach. This leads to less frequent visits, less time wasted and better outcomes. Our therapists specialize in keeping you participating in your favorite activities while working through your rehab and identifying the root cause of the issue to ensure long term results.

Dr. Ryan Spencer is originally from Long Island, NY and decided to move to Arizona in January of 2017. Ryan is a former football player, discus/shotput thrower, powerlifter and currently trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Gracie Barra. You can find him most Friday evenings at his local gym staying late after trainings working on members to keep them healthy and on the mats! Ryan specializes in shoulder, neck and back injuries. He has experience treating thousands of patients from varying backgrounds but now focuses on treating active adults and athletes.

For over 2 years, Ryan was the director of an outpatient orthopedic clinic and became tired of the corporate setting. Frustrated with corporate demands, insurance restrictions and having his patients be a metric of profitability, Ryan decided to team up with Streamline Performance PT so he can truly give each patient the high-quality care they deserve.

Despite his many certifications, Ryan is always striving to improve his ability to help his patients and is currently enrolled in a program to become a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), joining an elite group in top percentile of manual therapists in the country. In his free time Ryan enjoys training Jiu-Jitsu, walking his dog, weightlifting, reading and watching sports. Ryan is a die-hard NY sports fan including the Jets, Yankees, Rangers and Knicks.
