MORE ABOUT THE TEAM
Dr. Nick Hadinger PT, DPT, USAW-1
Dr. Nick Hadinger is a licensed physical therapist and Arizona native specializing in orthopedic and sports rehab. Nick graduated from Northern Arizona University as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and obtained his undergraduate degree in Physiology from the University of Arizona. He competed as a Division I athlete on the men's swim team for University of Arizona and at the US Olympic Trials in 2012. He now races in triathlons and is training for Oceanside 70.3 and Coeur D'Alene 70.3 Ironman races this season.
Nick has experience in high level orthopedic and sports rehab working with a wide range of clients from Ironman athletes, NFL combine and NBA players, Olympic medalists to weekend warriors. He is a member of the USA Swimming Sports Medicine Network; traveling with and treating Team USA athletes at various events. He has also served as a therapist for athletes competing at NCAA Division 1 Swimming & Diving National Championships. Nick is a certified USA Weightlifting Coach, a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and works with local swim teams in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area providing expert dryland programming.
He has served as the Clinical Instructor for doctoral students attending George Fox University and University of the Pacific.
Nick specializes in both non-operative and post-operative injuries involving the shoulder, back, hips and knees and aims to KEEP you active while addressing your injury.

In his free time he enjoys camping, swimming, cycling, snowboarding and finding the best foodie spots in town with his 2 dogs and wife Lindsay.

Dr. Ryan Spencer PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Dr. Ryan Spencer is from Long Island, NY and decided to move to Arizona in January of 2017. Ryan is a former football player, discus/shotput thrower, powerlifter and is currently a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Gracie Barra. He has experience treating thousands of patients from varying backgrounds but now focuses on treating active adults, martial artists and all athletes.

For over 2 years, Ryan was the director of an outpatient orthopedic clinic and became tired of the corporate setting. Frustrated with corporate demands, insurance restrictions and having his patients be a metric of profitability, Ryan decided to team up with Streamline Performance PT so he can truly give each patient the high-quality care they deserve.
​
Despite his many certifications, Ryan is always striving to improve his ability to help his patients and is currently enrolled in a program to become a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), joining an elite group in top percentile of manual therapists in the country. In 2019, Ryan was awarded the Most Outstanding Clinical Instructor Award by Midwestern University.
In his free time Ryan enjoys training Jiu-Jitsu, archery, walking his dog, weightlifting, reading and watching sports. Ryan is a die-hard NY sports fan including the Jets, Rangers, Yankees and Knicks.

Dr. Lauren Mueller PT, DPT, CDN, TPI Cert. M2
Dr. Lauren Mueller is a Phoenix area native and Xavier HS alum specializing in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine and rehabilitation. She has trained several 3rd year PT doctoral candidates in their clinical skills as their Clinical Director since 2018.
Lauren is a certified Titleist Performance Institute instructor, able to train all levels of golfers, by increasing the player’s performance through body function and the golfer’s physical limitations during the golf swing. As a former athlete herself, Lauren has experience working with golfers, tennis players, volleyball athletes, weekend warriors, runners, spin and cycling enthusiasts...she's seen it all! She is beyond excited to be part of the Streamline team, where she is able to dedicate one-on-one time with her clients and give each person the individualized attention they deserve.
For fun, Lauren loves to spend her spare time on the golf course or at local fitness clubs and classes, including spin cycling (Former Certified Spin Instructor via Madison Improvement Club), HIIT training, pilates and hot yoga. On the weekends you can find her with her husband and sweet pup, family and friends, at a wedding, on the golf course or out trying the newest restaurants in the valley!

Dr. Krista Zelizney PT, DPT, Pelvic Floor Level 1, 2a and 2b
Krista was originally born and raised in Canada where she spent most of her childhood before moving to the United States. She spent her teenage years all over the states including Florida, Arizona, Mississippi, and New Hampshire. Krista originally attended community college in Phoenix playing junior college soccer before leaving to attend the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Krista then went on to attend the University of Mississippi completing her degree in Exercise Science.

Krista pursued her doctorate in physical therapy at Florida International University. She has worked to gain experience in many clinical settings from sports orthopedics to acute care. Krista was able to attend the Herman and Wallace pelvic level 1 course while in school even furthering her passion for Pelvic Rehabilitation while taking further pelvic floor courses along her years practicing. Krista now specializes both as an orthopedic therapist as well as a pelvic floor specialist.

Krista’s love for Pelvic Rehab was something she felt started even at a young age with the feeling that there was not enough taught about Women’s Health in school. Krista hopes to treat patients in all branches of Women’s Health with an emphasis on the pelvic floor and sexual function. She is also extremely passionate about educating the world on the importance of making Pelvic Rehabilitation function. Krista has a general love for orthopedics as well, and can’t wait to help patients overcome mental and physical challenges while creating a plan of care that takes the patient into account on a personal level and achieving goals they feel are most important.

For fun Krista enjoys mountain biking, hiking, watching movies, working out and attending concerts. She loves to spend time with her Australian Shepherd, Oakley and her significant other while watching SEC football on Saturdays. Be sure to say hi when you see her!

Grant House, an ASU graduate with degrees in Clinical Exercise Science and Human Nutrition, excelled both academically and athletically. As a standout swimmer for ASU, he earned multiple All-American honors and First Team Academic All-American honors. With a Master's degree in hand, Grant, a multiple-time PAC12 champion, brings a winning attitude and strong coaching ability.
Internationally, Grant represented Team USA in swimming for 9 years, securing multiple medals at events like the Pan American Games and the World University Games. A TYR Pro Swim Series medalist, he's now training for his Third Olympic Trials at the 2024 Olympic Team Trials.
Beyond the pool, Grant's curiosity about optimizing performance led to internships with USA Swimming and EXOS. Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he looks forward to contributing to Streamline's community and conducting swim clinics.
Monty, Strength and Conditioning Coach
Monty is a dedicated strength and conditioning coach with a passion for helping athletes reach their peak performance. With a background in powerlifting and over 10 years of experience, Monty designs tailored training programs to optimize strength, speed, and agility. He excels in empowering athletes to thrive in their respective sports.
Committed to ongoing education and staying at the forefront of fitness trends, Monty is a trusted mentor and motivator, guiding individuals to surpass their limits and achieve their athletic goals. In his spare time Monty enjoys outdoor adventures with his girlfriend, focusing on his own training and expanding his knowledge anyway he can! Brittney Kelly is a native of Tucson, Arizona. Her passion for health and wellness led her to pursue a degree in Healthcare Administration at Brown Mackie College. As a child Brittney actively participated in various activities, such as track, volleyball, dance, cheer, and powder puff football.
Following her graduation, Brittney began her journey in the healthcare field, gaining valuable experience in home health, phlebotomy, human resources, marketing and medical spas. With over 9 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Brittney's journey has been educational, fulfilling and progressive.
