OUR 3 STEP PROCESS
Step 1: It Stars With Your Consult Call
Have you ever talked to a healthcare provider about your injury before ever setting foot in their office? For free? Well, your first step with us is to schedule a phone consult with your Doctor of Physical Therapy to learn your story and see if we're a good fit for you.
Step 2: Initial Evaluation
Your therapist will perform an in depth physical assessment to determine the root cause of your symptoms. Based on the findings and your goals we will work together to develop a plan of care for long term success.
Step 3: Your Road Map
Each patient will learn the tools necessary to succeed on your own without having to rely on constant treatment. Your plan is designed to keep you healthy for life and we will be with you every step of the way.
